GLA are attorneys who work to free people wrongly imprisoned in countries like China, Iran, and Cuba. Peoples lives are literally on the line and presenting factual information is critical.
ChatGPT and other AI that writes, often makes things up.
We researched and carefully crafted a press release, in the right format, that expressed the intent of GLA and worked to garner support and media coverage of their efforts. Then, we used AI to improve the document. And then, we cleaned up what it generated.
We presented two version to the client, and they chose the one that Chat GPT improved.
If we had asked the AI to write a press release, it could have never gotten to the same result. It took a skilled copywriter to start and finish this task. And it illustrates the case that people are still needed to write things. A human in the loop with knowledge and skill is still required.
